電腦問題(0014) - 網路印表機安裝好之後每次重開機都需要重裝

每次網路印表機重開機，電腦就顯示該印表機 "離線"。即使搜尋並再安裝此印表機，下一次印表機重開機，電腦就又顯示 "離線"。

我的電腦的作業系統是： Windows 8.1
印表機是：Brother MFC 系列

The status of my wireless printer is "off-line" after the printer reboots. So, the computer needs to detect and install the printer again. But, after the printer reboots, the status of the printer shows "off-line" again.

My Operation System is: Windows 8.1
Printer is: Brother MFC series

解決方式 Solution

將印表機在網路上的 IP 設為固定 IP。一般來說，在路由器上會有地方可以將印表機的 IP 設為固定的。設定好之後，在電腦上重新安裝印表機及驅動程式。這樣即使印表機重新開機，電腦應該就不會再顯示該印表機 "離線" 了。

Manually assign a static IP for your printer. Normally, this can be done on your router settings. After the IP of the printer becomes static, let the computer detects and installs the printer again.  After the installation, the status of the printer should not show "off-line", even if the printer reboots.
